Shipping Schedule
• Eggs are shipped fresh based on availability and breeding cycles
• Shipping days may vary depending on weather and carrier conditions
You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Packaging
Eggs are carefully packed to minimize movement and reduce transit stress. While we take every reasonable precaution, shipping remains the highest-risk phase for hatching eggs.
Shipping Risk
Once a package is accepted by the carrier:
• handling is outside our control
• delays, temperature changes, or rough handling may occur
Shipping risk is assumed by the buyer.
Damaged Eggs
If eggs arrive visibly broken or crushed:
• contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• include clear photos of the damage and packaging
We will review documented transit damage on a case-by-case basis.
