No Hatch Rate Guarantee

We do not guarantee fertility or hatch rates.
We do not offer refunds or replacements based on hatch results.

Buyer Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for:
• proper egg handling upon arrival
• appropriate incubation equipment
• correct temperature, humidity, and turning

Order Acceptance

Genesis Hatching Eggs reserves the right to:
• delay shipping due to weather or breeder conditions
• cancel and refund orders if eggs are unavailable

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the eggs. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect losses.
