Genesis Hatching Eggs sells fertilized hatching eggs, which are a living, perishable, and bio-sensitive product. Due to the nature of this product, special policies apply.
Shipping Policy
• All orders are shipping only
• No local pickup is offered
• Orders ship based on availability, breeder condition, and weather considerations
Once an order is shipped and accepted by the carrier, handling and transit conditions are outside our control.
Shipping delays, temperature fluctuations, or rough handling by carriers may affect hatch results. These risks are inherent in shipping hatching eggs and are assumed by the buyer at checkout.
Returns Policy (Biosecurity)
Returns are not accepted.
For biosecurity, animal health, and sanitation reasons, fertilized hatching eggs cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Returned biological products pose health risks to breeding stock and cannot be reintroduced into any environment safely. This policy protects both our animals and our customers.
Exchanges Policy
Exchanges are not offered.
We do not exchange hatching eggs due to:
• biosecurity concerns
• perishability of the product
• uncontrollable variables after shipping
Once eggs leave our facility, they cannot be resold or replaced.
Refund Policy
Hatch Rate
Refunds are not issued based on:
• fertility outcomes
• hatch rates
• incubation results
Hatching success depends on many factors beyond our control, including shipping conditions and incubation practices.
Transit Damage
If eggs arrive visibly broken or crushed due to shipping damage:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damaged eggs and packaging
Documented carrier damage may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any resolution, if offered, is at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled before shipping if eggs have not been allocated
• Once eggs are prepared or shipped, cancellations are not possible
Order Acceptance & Limitations
Genesis Hatching Eggs reserves the right to:
• delay shipments due to weather or breeder conditions
• cancel and refund orders if eggs are unavailable
• limit quantities per order
Our liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the eggs only.
Agreement at Checkout
By placing an order with Genesis Hatching Eggs, you acknowledge and agree to:
• the risks associated with shipping hatching eggs
• the no-returns, no-exchanges policy
• the no hatch-rate guarantee policy
